What
program type is right for you?
Inspection Maintenance:
This is for facilities which have short-term objectives. They
may be planning to be sold or rebuilt in the near future. This
is an initial low-cost program which will cost a customer more
in the long run. This is the minimum maintenance level usually
comparable to many of our competitors.
Enhanced Maintenance:
This option would include more comprehensive maintenance tasks
(i.e., cleaning of coils, condensate pans, drain lines, heat
exchangers, burner assemblies, lubricating bearings, motors,
etc). This service will improve energy efficiency, prolong the
life of the equipment, increase comfort and reduce breakdowns.
Comprehensive Maintenance:
This option is for business owners who have medium to long-term
business objectives. Comprehensive maintenance is perfect for
insuring budgets are met and not exceeded by providing the facility
with a fixed monthly cost. This includes the highest level of
guaranteed maintenance. Guaranteed because if we receive a service
call or a part breaks down, the responsibility is on us. This
program gives priority emergency service.
Customized Maintenance:
This program will be provided for a customer with irregular
requirements or design needs. |
